RBC opened its own Innovation Lab to help prioritize the innovation needs of the bank’s wealth management and investment division. We were tasked with creating brand stories that communicated the value of the Innovation Lab to key stakeholders. Through a series of videos, we highlighted three key aspects of their team. Their corporate story, the fun vibe of the team, and the importance of diversity and inclusion. One of the ways we created visual interest in the interviews was using a motorized slider. This allowed the camera to move slowly and fluidly while our friends at the RBC Innovation Lab were explaining their impact. The videos are used internally and have been repurposed by different teams in the organization. They were also trimmed down into easily consumable social/short snippets that were used across all platforms.
